One tester said, “Even though it’s big, the bottle is so light that it’s easy to bring to work or the gym. It fits in my bag without weighing me down.” They also mentioned how easy it was to fill with water.

This bottle is part of Nalgene’s Sustain line, made from Tritan BPA-free plastic with 50% recycled content. We love the measurement markings on the side, helping you track your daily water intake. In addition, you can choose from over 30 different colors to fit your style.

Take note: This bottle is dishwasher-safe, and the colors stay bright even after many washes, though the markings might wear off over time. Because it lacks insulation, it isn’t the best option for keeping your water cold for extended periods of time.

In our Lab tests, the bottle proved to be durable, dent-resistant, and leak-proof.

It’s simple to open the spout, and it’s large enough to drink from while working out. It doesn’t sweat, has a matte texture that offers superb grip, and is insulated. The bottle remains stable in a cup holder or on a table thanks to the silicone grip on the bottom. It’s convenient to tote about the gym thanks to the broad handle. It’s dishwasher safe and has a large mouth that makes cleaning and filling with ice or water a pleasure.

The drinking spout features an easy-to-screw-off cap and is made for rapid sipping.

The handle is sturdy and rotates down when you’re drinking, so it’s not in the way. It also has a hook to hold the cap. One tester said, “The lid design is super smart. You can hook it onto the handle securely and even drink with it on!” The bottle is dishwasher-safe, but you can also remove the mouthpiece for hand washing.

“I like how light this bottle is, and it keeps my ice water cold all day,” said a tester. “I also love the ‘fast flow lid.’ It’s great for sipping.”

We’ve tested it with cold brew coffee and found no spills, and the coffee flavor didn’t linger after washing, which often happens with other materials.

The silicone wrap is smooth and soft, preventing condensation buildup. Although we have tested W&P’s narrow-mouth glass bottle as well, we suggest the wide-mouth model since it is simpler to clean and add ice to by hand.
